This policy explains what Devibes (“we”) collects when you visit this site or join our waitlist, why, and what you can do about it. Devibes is operated by InFlowX.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: your email address, the products you ticked, your country and the optional note (e.g. desk width or controller model).
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you used (such as
utm_sourceor?v=), the referring page and your browser language. - Basic visit counts: which page was opened and the campaign tag — no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no advertising trackers.
- Your consent: when you agreed, and which version of the sign-up text you saw.
Why we use it
To email you about the products you asked about and first-drop news (based on your consent), and to understand which products and videos people are interested in (our legitimate interest in deciding what to make available). We never sell your data.
Emails and unsubscribing
We only email you after you tick the consent box. Before regular emails we may ask you to confirm your address. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and keep only a record that you opted out, so we don't contact you again by mistake. Who processes it
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Supabase (database for the waitlist)
- Resend (sending email — only once we start emailing)
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the US and Singapore, under their standard data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is closed. Sign-ups that never confirm may be deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email TODO: contact email and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
